1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, utilizing our online Project Scoper tool, or engaging our engineering team, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our digital services.

2. Scope of Professional Services

AZ Synergy Group specializes in virtual design and construction (VDC) workflows, including:

• MEPF COORDINATION Modeling: Developing multi-discipline 3D COORDINATION models across Mechanical/HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection to specified LOD standards (LOD 200, 300, 350, 400).
• COORDINATION Coordination & Clash Detection: Hard, soft, and clearance clash detection, matrix generation, constructability reporting, and coordination issue resolution in Autodesk Navisworks and COORDINATION 360 / ACC.
• Shop Drawings & As-Built Documentation: Extracting fabrication-grade and installation-ready 2D/3D documentation from coordinated models.
• Parametric Family Creation: Building intelligent, lightweight Revit families with verified LOD and MEP connector attributes.

3. Proposals, Estimates & Formal Contracts

Outputs generated by our website’s interactive Project Scoper tool or preliminary email estimates represent non-binding budgetary assessments. A formal commercial engagement is only established upon execution of a specific Service Agreement, Statement of Work (SOW), or written Purchase Order specifying exact project deliverables, schedule milestones, and payment terms.

4. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect and treat all exchanged technical data, proprietary drawing archives, trade secrets, and COORDINATION models as strictly confidential. AZ Synergy Group regularly signs mutual NDAs prior to accessing client Common Data Environments (CDE) or project repositories.

5. Intellectual Property & Deliverable Ownership

All design concepts, base drawings, and specifications supplied by the client remain the client’s sole property. Upon full settlement of all invoiced fees for the respective project or milestone, all rights and ownership of the customized 3D COORDINATION models, Navisworks federated files, shop drawings, and deliverables produced specifically for the project transfer completely to the client.

6. Professional Duty of Care & Engineering Limitations

AZ Synergy Group provides specialized COORDINATION modeling, virtual clash mitigation, and drafting support based on input drawings, specifications, and instructions supplied by the client or project consultants. Unless explicitly contracted under a registered professional engineer stamp in the local jurisdiction, our digital models and shop drawings are virtual representations intended for fabrication and coordination review, subject to final verification and approval by the licensed Engineer of Record (EOR) and General Contractor on site.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AZ Synergy Group, its directors, or its engineering team be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from site construction delays, unauthorized model modifications by third parties, or inaccuracies stemming from erroneous client-provided base drawings.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall first be subject to good-faith mutual executive negotiation before submission to competent courts in New Delhi, India.
